As of 26 February 2022, you no longer need a test before you fly to Abu Dhabi if you are fully vaccinated.
If you are not fully vaccinated, you must present a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours, or a COVID-19 recovery certificate. Your recovery certificate must be dated within 30 days of departure and have a QR code. Children under 12 are exempt.
It is now no longer mandatory to take a PCR test upon arrival in Abu Dhabi International Airport. However, the testing facility remains at the airport for any visitors that wish to take a PCR test to activate their Green Pass in Al Hosn app and facilitate access to Abu Dhabi's public places and tourist attractions. The cost of this PCR test is AED 40.
There is no need to re-test whilst in Abu Dhabi.
Entry to most public places and attractions in Abu Dhabi is only allowed for those who have ‘Green’ status on the Al Hosn app, which requires following the approved testing requirements:

Wearing a face mask in outdoor spaces is optional. However, face masks are required in all indoor spaces and physical distancing should be observed. There are exemptions for:
