Shop till you drop

If you're looking to indulge in a little shopping, this is the place for you. Set on Yas Island, Yas Mall is Abu Dhabi's biggest, and the UAE's second-largest, shopping centre. The light-drenched three-level mall offers an impressive array of stores, including international retailers and eateries, and a 20-screen cinema operated by VOX Cinemas.

Wander spacious avenues and explore more than 370 stores and around 60 indoor and outdoor restaurants and cafés. If the kids need to let off some steam, you'll be glad to know there's a family entertainment zone by Fun Works, as well as a direct link to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world's first Ferrari-branded theme park.

KidZania, an award-winning children's edutainment concept, is also located on the ground floor of Yas Mall. An impressive and interactive mini-city, this vibrant spot combines playful activities with education, using an innovative approach to make learning fun.

The venue boasts a 55,000-square-foot scaled replica of a real city and is packed with over 40 role-playing activities for children and teenagers aged 4 to 16, encouraging them to learn about working, jobs, money and the real world, all while developing true-to-life skills that simply can't be learned in the classroom.

Yas Mall boasts the capital's only Apple store, Tryano, a luxury department store from Chalhoub Group that offers an impressive range of shoes, bags and children's clothing, as well as some of the region's largest stores from popular brands including Zara, Nike, Adidas and more.

With more than 50 airlines flying to and from some 102 destinations in over 56 countries, Zayed International Airport has been recognised by the World Airport Awards, with the ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’ accolade going to this airport more than once.

The airport’s Terminal 1, with design and architecture reflecting traditional Emirati elements set in a high-end, ultramodern ambience, delivers a five-star travel experience.

The home of Etihad Airways – the national airline of the United Arab Emirates – Terminal 3 welcomes travellers to plush Etihad lounges and an award-winning concierge-style check-in. Impressive retail is managed by DFS, the world’s largest luxury retailer, and is complemented by upmarket restaurants and cafés. 

The soon-to-come Midfield Terminal Complex (MTC), a centrepiece of Abu Dhabi Airports Company’s (ADAC) multibillion-dollar investment programme, will provide a full terminal building, passenger and cargo facilities, duty-free shops and restaurants for between 27-40 million people a year in the future.
