Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi

Stop 1

Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is a waterpark with Emirati heritage at its heart. The Lost Pearl is the central theme, following the story of a young Emirati girl on a quest to find a legendary pearl. Sitting atop Jebel Dhana, the park’s towering centrepiece, sits an enormous pearl, bringing The Lost Pearl theme to life visually.

Spanning 15 football pitches, this amazing full-day park experience brings you and your family exhilarating water-based activities across a range of thrill levels. With over 40 rides, slides and attractions – five of which are one-of-a-kind – you’re sure to make lifelong memories here.

Try the world-first, largest hydromagnetic-powered, 238-metre long, six-person tornado waterslide, Dawwamma, or check out three-metre-high waves on Bubble’s Barrel, which boasts the world’s largest surfable sheet wave for flow boards and bodyboards. The Bandit Bomber, a 550-metre coaster, showcases onboard water and laser effects, with riders shooting jets of water at targets, dropping water bombs and triggering special effects. Passersby below them, meanwhile, can also get in on the action, spraying riders with water as they pass. All that activity should work up an appetite, and you’ll find various restaurants on-site, as well as a souk (market) and pearl-diving exhibits. Entry to the park is AED 250 for adults and AED 230 for children

If you're looking to indulge in a little shopping, this is the place for you. Set on Yas Island, Yas Mall is Abu Dhabi's biggest, and the UAE's second-largest, shopping centre. The light-drenched three-level mall offers an impressive array of stores, including international retailers and eateries, and a 20-screen cinema operated by VOX Cinemas.

Wander spacious avenues and explore more than 370 stores and around 60 indoor and outdoor restaurants and cafés. If the kids need to let off some steam, you'll be glad to know there's a family entertainment zone by Fun Works, as well as a direct link to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world's first Ferrari-branded theme park.

KidZania, an award-winning children's edutainment concept, is also located on the ground floor of Yas Mall. An impressive and interactive mini-city, this vibrant spot combines playful activities with education, using an innovative approach to make learning fun.

The venue boasts a 55,000-square-foot scaled replica of a real city and is packed with over 40 role-playing activities for children and teenagers aged 4 to 16, encouraging them to learn about working, jobs, money and the real world, all while developing true-to-life skills that simply can't be learned in the classroom.

Yas Mall boasts the capital's only Apple store, Tryano, a luxury department store from Chalhoub Group that offers an impressive range of shoes, bags and children's clothing, as well as some of the region's largest stores from popular brands including Zara, Nike, Adidas and more.

Yas Marina Circuit

Welcome to where the action happens. Yas Marina Circuit is the UAE's most epic motorsports venue and host of the Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Adrenaline runs high around these super-fast straights and swooping corners that wind their way around the beautiful Yas Marina. Each year, thousands descend on the circuit for action-packed events that involve circuit racing, drag racing and even karting at the Yas Kartzone.

Yas Marina Circuit has hosted the Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix since 2009. It's known worldwide for being a great track for racing action and an even better track to be a spectator. Fans can get incredible views of on-track dramas and overtakes from five main stands. Abu Dhabi Hill, opposite the North Grandstand, also offers fans open grass banks to sit and watch the race.

You can channel your inner Lewis Hamilton and get into a supercar yourself. Yas Marina Circuit offers many packages that allow you to take the wheel and experience the thrill of high speed yourself.
